Our NEW replacement violet ray electrodes are fully-tempered borosilicate, medical grade glass, and blown right here in the United States.   Borosilicate glass is stronger and more resistant to thermal changes, impact and breakage.

The endcaps for these electrodes measure EXACTLY 11.11mm or 7/16" American standard size, so they fit 95% of all antique violet ray devices, and all modern violet ray devices that are made in the USA to this standard spec.

We currently have ten historically accurate designs in five colors for your chromatherapy applications.

They are vacuum filled with noble gases that produce their coloration under electrical discharge. Available colors can be chosen from the ordering page.
