Warranty Restored Items: On items we have restored, we warranty our restoration work. If a restored device arrives in non-working condition, we're here to make it right. If it stops working for you within 6 months, we will be happy to make additional repairs. Please contact us for additional information to make a return for repair. New Items: New lighting items and other novelties may be returned within 2 weeks if they are not operational under implied warranty. If longer than two weeks, please consult the manufacturer warranty. New aesthetic or therapy items come into contact with the human body. They can not be returned if they have been opened or used. They may be returned if the box is still sealed and within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning, as it will need a Return Authorization number on the package. For opened packages on items that are not operational, please consult the manufacturer warranty. 'As is' items: For vintage, antique, or other collectible items that are sold in their aged and variable condition, we have endeavored to provide as accurate descriptions as possible, noted their condition and provided sufficient photographs. Such antiques and vintage items are defined 'as is', and we can not accept returns except if the item is not as described. Please contact us with concerns.
